We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition and packaging. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
- Gift cards
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at laow07417@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at laow07417@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
